Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women with clinically suspected PCOS or clinically diagnosed PCOS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Other diseases or endocrine diseases that cause hyperandrogenism, such as: delayed congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome,androgen producing tumors of the ovary or adrenal gland, thyroid dysfunction, hyperprolactinemia. 2) Patients with malignant tumor, liver disease and cardiovascular disease.
