Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for cervical spondylopathy; 2. The age ranges from 18 to 60 years, regardless of gender; 3. Course of disease less than 2 years; 4. Agree not to receive other treatments (including muscle relaxants) during the trial; 5. Volunteer to participate in this experiment and sign the "informed consent".
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; 2. Associated clinical symptoms of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy, vertebral artery cervical spondylopathy, cervical spondylotic myelopathy and sympathetic cervical spondylosis; 3. Neck sprain, shoulder periarthritis, rheumatic myofibrositis, neurasthenia, and other neck and shoulder pain and discomfort not caused by degenerative changes of the cervical spine; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Patients with cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and other serious primary diseases, as well as psychiatric patients; 6. Local trauma in the acute stage or local skin damage; 7. Fail to insist on accepting the examination within the prescribed time.
