Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Surgical and pathological staging of endometrial cancer FIGO (2009) : Stage Ia; 2. Preoperative MRI indicated no metastasis in lymph nodes, cervix and adjunctive regions; 3. Uterine size < 12 weeks; 4. Body mass index < 30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There are contraindications to general anesthesia; 2. With a history of repeated abdominal surgery or pelvic inflammatory disease, severe pelvic adhesions are considered; 3. People with coagulation disorders; 4. Abnormal umbilical development.
