Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of carotid artery stenosis by CTA or MRA or vascular ultrasound; 2. Aged >= 45 years and < 80 years; 3. Head CT suggests no intracranial hemorrhage; 4. Written informed consent by patient or proxy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients who have infections, immune diseases, tumors, coagulation disorders, liver and kidney failure; 2. The patients who have complicated ophthalmic diseases (such as glaucoma, AMD, etc.) or who have undergone ophthalmic surgery (such as cataract extraction, laser surgery, etc.) affect retinal microcirculation; 3. Hypersensitivity to iodinated contrast media; 4. Moyamoya or carotid occlusion disease was confirmed by DSA; 5. The patient who considered that other reasons were not suitable for the group by investigator.
