Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Previous stent implantation was performed for ASO SFA lesions of lower extremity; 2. Fontaine stage was stage IIB (moderate and severe intermittent claudication), stage III (resting pain) or IV Stage (tissue ulcer, gangrene); 3. CTA clearly diagnosed in stent restenosis, stenosis > 70% or occlusion; 4. The stenosis of abdominal aorta and bilateral iliac arteries was less than 30%, and the stenosis of at least one distal outflow tract was less than 30%; 5. The initial ISR was not intervened by any operation, and it was invalid by conservative treatment; 6. No obvious contraindication was found by routine examination before operation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who could not tolerate endovascular surgery and were allergic to contrast media; 2. Extensive stenosis of proximal inflow tract or distal outflow tract > 70% or occlusion; 3. Patients with acute arterial embolism or arterial thrombosis diagnosed clinically or imageologically; 4. The life expectancy is less than 2 years.
