25 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 25-60 years, male or femal; 2. Presence of a hopeless molar with severe bone destruction requiring extraction due to advanced periodontal disease and At least two socket walls with alveolar bone beyond the apex of the extraction socket 3mm and one adjacent tooth at the ajacent region; 3. need implant treatment after the tooth extraction; 4. Able to comply with study-related procedures and recall visits; 5. Physical health or well-controlled systemic diseases; 6. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The surgical site has received bone graft before; 2. The patient has a serious systemic disease such as heart disease or coagulation dysfunction in the past six months; 3. Mental abnormality and inability to act autonomously; 4. Smoking more than 10 per day; 5. Poor oral hygiene; 6. Active infectious disease, metabolic bone disease active period; 7. Pregnant or breastfeeding; 8. Teeth with extreme bone loss or gingival recession; 9. Absence of both adjacent teeth; 10. Teeth with ongoing acute pathology: abscess, suppuration, and severe swelling; 11. Tooth extracted due to dental caries, root canal treatment failure or trauma.
