Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Will be carried out in Beijing Eyre Yingzhi Eye Hospital and Beijing Union Hospital ophthalmology. Women and men diagnosed as PDR with DME or silicone oil filled eyes with DME, DME with macular center (defined as 300 um) can be studied in groups after the therapist decides to use dexamethasone sustained-release implant (Ozurdex) for treatment. Indications and contraindications approved according to the local market should be carefully considered. All patients enrolled in the study must be prospectively recorded. Before entering any data into the case report form (CRF), an informed consent is required.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Accompanied by other than PDR fundus disease or optic nerve disease, glaucoma disease.
