Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. symptomatic with New York heart association (NYHA) class >=II; 2. documented severe calcified native aortic stenosis by Echocardiography: aortic valve area (AVA) =40 mmHg, or jet velocity >=4.0 m/s; 3. with significant annulus/perivalvular calcification confirmed by coronary CTA or aortic CTA; The diameter of ascending aortic root >40mm.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) With contravariant use of iodine contrast agent: had a history of severe allergy to iodine agent, failed to cure hyperthyroidism, severe diabetic nephropathy or severely impaired renal function (eGFR<30ml/min/1.73m2); (2) No conscious, can not hold breath to cooperate with the inspection; (3) With contraindications to MR examination (such as pacemaker implantation, ICD implantation, and patients with claustrophobia).
