Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People aged >=50 years old, regardless of whether they have AMD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Eye inflammation: active conjunctivitis, keratitis, uveitis, etc.; 2. Fundus lesions other than AMD: macular hole, macular edema, high myopia, retinal vascular obstruction, central serous chorioretinopathy and other fundus diseases; 3. Systemic diseases: organic diseases such as malignant tumors, Alzheimer's disease, stroke and autoimmune diseases; 4. Failure to complete relevant examination and research for other reasons.
