Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Visual acuity<0.3; 2. Lens opacification; 3. Diagnostic creteria of Diabetic mellitus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe ocular disorders: macular degeneration, glaucoma, ocular trauma, et al.
