Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Newly treated patients with gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, and pancreatic cancer who are pathologically diagnosed as adenocarcinoma; 2) TNM staging is clear (AJCC eighth edition gastric cancer clinical staging); 3) Aged >=18 years old at onset of the disease; Karnofsky score >=70 points; SNAQ score>14 points; 4) The bone marrow, heart, liver, and kidney functions are normal; 5) Patients have informed consent and can cooperate with long-term follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who had physiological eating disorders such as anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, and binge eating disorder or gastrointestinal obstruction; 2) Patients with double or multiple cancers; 3) Pregnant women, breastfeeding women and mental patients; 4) Acute and chronic diseases that may seriously affect treatment and prognosis.
