Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged 18 to 75 years; (2) Conform to CSPH and meet the surgical indication; (3) BCLC stage A; (4) Child-Pugh liver function Class A; (5) Informed consent from the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Presence of portal vein thrombosis, portal vein tumor thrombus, or previous portal vein embolisation; (2) Emergency hepatectomy and ruptured hepatocellular carcinoma; (3) Combined operation for extrahepatic disease; (4) Cardiopulmonary function is abnormal and cannot tolerate opera-tion, an ASA operative risk>=3; (5) With history of anti-cancer therapy.
