18 Years to 54 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 to 54 years of age, regardless of gender. 2. Currently seeing a doctor primarily for obsessive-compulsive symptoms, meeting DSM-5 criteria for a diagnosis of OCD. 3. Yale-Brown Obsessive Compulsive Scale (Y-BOCS) score 8 to 31; 4. have been on stable regular medication for 8 weeks; 5. Have an educational level of secondary school or higher; 6. Adequate audiovisual level to complete the examinations necessary for the study; 7. Patients and their guardians understood the nature of this study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Meet the DSM- 5 diagnosis of a mental disorder other than OCD; 2. The compulsive symptoms are so severe that the patient is unable to complete the required assessment tests and treatment; 3. the presence of negative attitudes or a high risk of suicide; 4. Persons currently suffering from a serious physical or central system disease, substance abuse; 5. Women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant in the near future, and women who are breastfeeding; 6. concurrently receiving other psychological or physical therapy; 7. Those who are uncooperative or unable to complete the treatment.
