40 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes mellitus, diagnostic aged 40 to 60 years old, education time >= 6 years, right-handed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of diabetic ketosis or ketoacidosis; hypoglycemia within 48 hours (plasma glucose 20g a day; history of psychiatric disorders; or any MRI contraindications.
