Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children with cyanosis who intend to undergo elective congenital correction with cardiopulmonary bypass, regardless of gender, gestational age from 35 weeks to 1 year, ASA grade II to IV, undergo craniocerebral magnetic resonance examination before surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with emergency cardiac correction surgery, over 1 year old, gestational age less than 35 weeks, or weight less than 2.0kg, children with fontanelle premature closure, head trauma, cardiac arrest before surgery, hydrocephalus and brain tumor , Pneumonia, sepsis and other infectious diseases, receive drugs that affect brain function before surgery, mechanical ventilation before surgery, and reoperation during the recovery period.
