Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with glioblastoma who received surgical treatment and achieved total excision in our hospital and obtained corresponding tissue samples; 2. All tissue samples used for expression spectrum chip detection or mRNA quantitative detection must not have undergone radiation or chemotherapy; 3. These GBM patients must receive the standard Stupp scheme for radiotherapy and chemotherapy after the operation; 4. The follow-up of all patients must be based on the imaging examination with enhanced MR and evaluated by two experienced radiologists with complete follow-up information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Complicated with a second primary tumor; 2. Received preoperative chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 3. Postoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy were not performed according to the standard Stupp scheme; 4. Low-grade glioma; 5. Prospective enrolled patients did not obtain informed consent of the patients; 6. Patients do not cooperate with follow-up.
