Age
18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Male of female, aged 18 to 75 years; 2) ECOG 0,1 or 2; 3) Pathologically confirmed adenocarcinoma (including Lauren type); 4) Initial resectable, cT3/4N+M0; 5) No previous tumor treatment including chemotherapy, radiotherapy, et al.; 6) No other malignant tumor or history of malignant tumor within five years; 7) Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Verified tumor unresectable or distant metastasis during operation; 2) No qualified blood samples were collected in pre- or post-operative period; 3) No blood matched tissue samples; 4) No complete clinical information and follow-ups; 5) Any systemic disease contrary to this study.
