18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Female aged >-18 years old; 2) Epithelial ovarian cancer or epithelial ovarian benign tumor patients with initial treatment or recurrent patients; 3) All patients underwent surgical treatment and had pathological results; 4) Sign informed consent and consent to the collection and use of information and blood samples.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Active non ovarian malignancy: women with a history of malignancy are eligible only if (1) they have no documented persistent or recurrent disease; (2) have not received treatment for more than 12 months. The aim is to minimize the false positive results of serum tumor markers including CA125 (using 35iu / ml as the cutoff value) due to previously diagnosed advanced malignancies. This exclusion does not include precancerous diseases such as cervical intraepithelial neoplasia or the use of tamoxifen to prevent recurrence of breast cancer; 2. Participate in other clinical trials related to ovarian tumor; 3. Patients who did not get pathological results after operation; 4. Patients with poor compliance, unable to follow-up regularly as required.
