Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The diagnosis of PD was made according to the Movement Disorder Society (MDS) clinical diagnostic criteria for Parkinsons disease and had not taken any medication .Patients meeting the diagnostic criteria for MSA,PSP,CBD,ET and Prodromal PD were also recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants were diagnosed as atypical parkinsonian syndromes such as drug-induced parkinsonism , vascular parkinsonism and normal pressure hydrocephalus; 2. Patients with evidence of brain damage or other neurological disorder; 3. History of PD,ET and other neurological/psychiatric disorders; 4. Unable to complete MRI examination, metal implants and claustrophobia in the body; 5. The image quality is not satisfied and quantitative analysis cannot be completed.
