Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Experimental group (gastric cancer patients): (1) Patients with gastric adenocarcinoma or gastroesophageal junction who were diagnosed by preoperative gastroscopy and biopsy (pathological sections from other hospitals shall be confirmed by pathological consultation in our hospital); (2) The patient is between 18 and 85 years old; (3) There was no preoperative chemotherapy, radiotherapy or targeted therapy. Control group (Normal people) : (1) No tumor lesions were identified by gastroscopy; (2) Between the ages of 18 and 85 years; (3) No history of gastric surgery; (4) No history of tumor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Experimental group (gastric cancer patients) (1) Preoperative examination revealed other malignant tumors; (2) Previous history of other malignant tumors; (3) Stump gastric cancer.
