Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged between 45-75 years; 2) Meet the diagnostic criteria of the American Academy of Rheumatology for knee OA; 3) Kellgren/Lawrence (K/L) >=grade 2; 4) Visual analogue pain score (VAS, 0-100) Between 30-70; 5) Sign informed consent; 6) The patient has no other drug trials currently in progress.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Rheumatoid arthritis and other serious cardiovascular and renal diseases; 2) Patients with severe knee OA who are planning to undergo joint replacement surgery in the near future; 3) Acute local inflammation of the knee with symptoms of redness, swelling, heat and pain; 4) Suffering knee Those with severe joint deformities and poor lower limbs; 5) Those who suffer from acute infectious diseases or severe skin diseases that are not suitable for treatment; 6) Those who have complications that affect the joints, such as psoriasis, syphilitic neuropathy, brown yellow disease, metabolic bone disease , Acute trauma, etc.; 7) Patients with malignant tumors and mental illness; those who are difficult to follow up; 8) The target knee joint has a history of surgery or severe trauma within the past 1 year; 9) MRI contraindications such as a pacemaker, artificial metal valve and cornea, Arterial clamp retention, etc.; 10) Pregnant women, lactating women, or women who do not rule out pregnancy.
