Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with thoracic tumor aged 18-75 years when starting radiotherapy; 2. ECOG score =0-1; 3. Radiotherapy was planned in the radiotherapy center of our hospital alone for thoracic tumors with or without lymph node involvement; 4. Radiotherapy based on planning-computed tomography using either three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, intensity-modulated radiotherapy,or volumetric modulated arc therapy/RapidArc etc.; 5. The target area involves the heart.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior history of coronary artery disease, myocardial infarction, and atrial fibrillation; 2. Prior thoracic or mediastinal radiation therapy; 3. Contraindications to the injection of iodine contrast agents, such as allergies or renal failure; 4. Pregnancy or breastfeeding; 5. Abnormal echocardiography before radiotherapy: LVEF<50%, longitudinal strain<-16%, longitudinal strain rate<1%/s ;Segmental motion was abnormal; 6. CCTA showed lesions requiring revascularization before radiotherapy; 7. MRI contractions such as claustrophobia and metal implants.
