Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ischemic stroke confirmed by clinical assessment and comprehensive imaging examination meet the diagnostic criteria for ischemic stroke; 2. Fugl-meyer score of motor function was confirmed as motor dysfunction; 3. Aged 18-70 years, men and women are not limited; 4. No cognitive impairment or communication impairment, MMSE score above 27; 5. The first onset was 2 days to 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe systemic diseases such as cardiopulmonary diseases and unable to tolerate rehabilitation treatment; 2. Diagnosed with mental illness, major depression (suicidal tendency) or epilepsy, family history of mental illness or epilepsy; 3. The presence of diabetes, uremia and other serious systemic diseases; 4. severe joint contracture; 5. Suffer from any reason leading to consciousness disorder; 6. According to the safety guidelines there are transcranial direct current/magnetic stimulation (TMS/tDCS) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) check contraband such as: there is a metal foreign body or other electronic devices implanted in the body; 7. Auditory or visual impairments that may affect assessment and treatment; 8. Apply the drug that changes cerebral cortex excitability today (antiepileptic drug, sedative hypnotic kind medicaments).
