Conditions

Haemolytic anaemia

Interventions

Gold Standard:1. Hereditary spherocytosis: peripheral blood red blood cell morphology test, red blood cell osmotic fragility test
2. Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency anemia: erythrocyte G-6-PD activity assay, genetic analysis
3. Thalassemia: hemoglobin electrophoresis, genetic analysis
4. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia: anti-human globulin test.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnostic criteria of typical hemolytic anemia: 1. Hereditary spherocytosis: erythrocytosis in peripheral blood, increased osmotic fragility of red blood cells; 2. Glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency anemia: decreased red blood cell G-6-PD activity or genetic analysis; 3. Thalassemia:hemoglobin electrophoresis or genetic analysis; 4. Autoimmune hemolytic anemia:positive for anti-human globulin test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient or family refused to participate in the study; 2. Incomplete clinical data, lack of closely related test items; 3. Including the blood transfusion treatment within the first 3 months; 4. Patients have tumors and serious infections.
