Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnosis of severe pneumonia, the ARDS diagnosis meets the 2012 European Critical Care Association ARDS Berlin definition (JAMA 2012; 307:2526-2533); Berlin diagnostic criteria: 1. Acute onset: from known clinical damage to clinical diagnosis within 7 days; 2. Chest imaging: X-ray with bilateral diffuse infiltrates; 3. Oxygenation: PEEP>=5cmH2O, severity of the disease According to P/F>=300mmHg, it is mild; 200mmHg>=P/F>=100mmHg is moderate; P/F<=300mmHg is severe; 4.. Pulmonary edema: rule out pulmonary edema caused by insufficiency of the right heart.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe hemodynamic instability; 2. Obvious bleeding tendency or active bleeding; 3. Pregnant and lactating women; 4. Tumors or other immune diseases; 5. Long-term use of immunosuppressants or immunocompromised.
