Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Elderly patients aged 65 to 85 years old who require laparoscopic radical resection for colon cancer or rectal cancer; ASA grades I to II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Loose teeth, oral damage or bleeding, difficulty in opening the mouth and unable to perform sublingual microcirculation monitoring; 2. Hb=grade II; 4. two within three months Those undergoing second surgery; 5. refusing to sign informed consent.
