Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the SLE classification standard of the 2012 Systemic Lupus Erythematosus International Clinical Collaboration Group (SLICC); 2. Obtain renal biopsy pathological patients; 3. Aged 18 to 80 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who have used hormones or immunosuppressive agents within one month before the renal puncture; 2. Patients with severe infection; 3. Patients who have used intravenous antibiotics within 1 week before the renal puncture.
