18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent median abdominal incision (including gastric and colorectal cancer); 2. Patients aged between 18 and 70 years old; 3. patients with BMI > 25; 4. Patients who understand this study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with immunodeficiency or long-term oral corticosteroids; 2. Patients with insufficiency of important organs.
