18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The age of the patients was 18-60 years old; 2. Both male and female patients were included; 3. Orthopedic patients who produce discarded cancellous bone during operation, such as hip osteoarthritis or femoral neck fracture undergoing hip replacement; patients with bone nonunion undergoing autologous iliac bone grafting and internal fixation; patients with lumbar disc herniation and lumbar spinal stenosis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having a history of metabolic osteopathy or taking drugs affecting bone metabolism; 2. There was a history of diabetes and cancer; 3. Blood routine test, liver and kidney function and hepatitis were abnormal; Syphilis Serological Test and HIV antibody test were positive.
