Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: One of the following three stages is sufficient: 1. The first stage: 1.5-1.9 times the upper limit of the reference value of serum creatinine or greater than or equal to 0.3mg/dl (26.5 µmol/L) increase; 2. The second stage: 2.0-2.9 times the upper limit of the reference value of serum creatinine; 3. The third stage: 3.0 times the upper limit of the reference value of serum creatinine or greater than or equal to 4.0 mg/dl (>=353.6 umol/L) increase.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other immune diseases (such as systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.); 2. Combined pregnancy.
