Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Abnormally elevated serum insulin or C-peptide can be detected when blood glucose is lower than 2.6mmol/ L; (2) To maintain blood glucose above 3mmol/L, continuous glucose infusion is required and the glucose rate should be maintained above 8mg/kg/min; (3) Non-ketotic hypoglycemia, i.e., low serum ketone body level, low serum free fatty acid level or no detection during hypoglycemia; (4) It responded to hypodermic or intramuscular injection of glucagon, and the increase of blood glucose was greater than 2mmol/L.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Ketosis hypoglycemia; (2) Neonatal temporary hypoglycemia; (3) Hypoglycemia secondary to other energy metabolism disorders; (4) Exclude hypoglycemia secondary to other related genetic metabolic diseases.
