Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. One or more localized depigmentation spots appeared in the body of the patient after special examination by a clinical dermatologist, and the leukoplakia showed bright white fluorescence under the Wood light, which was diagnosed as segmental vitiligo; 2. Any age; 3. No systemic glucocorticoids, immunomodulators and other treatments were received within 6 months before enrollment; 4. To sign an informed consent voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. No pigmented nevus, pityriasis alba, inflammation, decreased after the pigment spots, mottled disease, idiopathic decreased pigment spots and anemia and other pigmented skin diseases; 2. with severe hypertension, diabetes; 3. with active peptic ulcer disease or infection; 4. fracture, trauma repair and (or) with a clear history of osteoporosis; 5. with severe cardiopulmonary disease, liver and kidney dysfunction, blood coagulopathy and/or tumor; 6. with mental illness; 7. Pregnant and/or lactating women; 8. To participate in other clinical research recently.
