Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who regularly prenatal exam; age 18~45; pregnancy 8 weeks ~37 weeks; voluntary participation in this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe pregnancy complications need stay in bed ; pelvic abdomen, cervical surgery history; two pregnancy interval <2 years.
