Interventions

Group 1:ASA continuation
Group 2:ASA suspension for 3 days before surgery
Group 3:ASA suspension for 5 days before surgery
Control group:no ASA usage

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA patients (age > 50 years, aspirin 100mg /d, for the treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease, time > 6 months); blood routine, activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), prothrombin time (PT), thrombin time (TT), fibrinogen (FIB) and other test values were in the normal range; the Ma value and AA-IR value of TEG were lower than the lower limit of normal range (50 mm) and aa-ir > 50 % suggesting no ASA resistance. Cyst range is below 3 teeth.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hemorrhagic diseases; receiving other treatments that can lead to a higher risk of bleeding (low coagulation state); uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, liver and kidney disease; other routine contraindications to cyst removal.
