Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients clearly diagnosed as psoriasis vulgaris; 2) Aged 18-60 years old; course of disease: 0-20 years; 3) Those who did not receive any drugs for the treatment of psoriasis within one month, and did not use hormone preparations within 6 months; 4) Informed consent, the patient signed the informed consent form, discussed through the ethics committee, and volunteered to receive treatment, observation and various examinations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those who do not meet the diagnostic criteria; 2) Systematic treatment has been used within 3 months, including large areas of topical potent corticosteroids and immunosuppressants; 3) Patients with severe primary diseases and mental disorders such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 4) Pregnant, preparing for pregnancy or lactation; 5) Those who do not take the medicine in accordance with the regulations, can not judge the curative effect, or the data are incomplete, which affect the efficacy or safety judgment.
