Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient has received at least 3 courses of standard neoadjuvant therapy. 2. Have complete prognostic follow-up data. 3. Patients with locally advanced rectal cancer have no distant metastasis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Distant metastasis occurred before surgery. 2. Missing follow-up data.
