Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It was in accordance with the criteria of case selection; 2. The patients, aged between 18 and 70 years old, can describe and express their own condition well, both male and female; 3. Those who voluntarily accept relevant treatment research, receive detailed consultation, and carefully complete various specialist examinations and specialist medical records; 4. The total score of Pittsburgh Insomnia Scale was more than 11; 5. Those who did not receive music therapy within one year; 6. Agree to participate in the investigation and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. According to the examination, it belongs to tinnitus related insomnia caused by external ear (such as staring and listening embolism, foreign body, etc.) or middle ear tumor; 2. Pulsatile tinnitus related insomnia caused by vascular diseases; 3. Those who are unable to complete the audiological examination due to various reasons; 4. The patients with poor understanding of words or language communication ability can not better describe their tinnitus related insomnia; 5. Pregnant women or lactating women, or complicated with heart and lung and other important organ diseases, poor general condition; 6. The patients with poor compliance can not complete the course of treatment as required; 7. Those who use other treatment methods and take other drugs on their own during the treatment study; 8. Secondary insomnia caused by depression, anxiety disorder, panic disorder and other mental disorders; insomnia caused by caffeine, alcohol and drug abuse and dependence.
