Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Weight was more than 2.5kg ; (2) Children with congenital heart disease after operation; (3) The family members of the children were informed of the study and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Weight < 2.5kg; (2) Patients with impaired renal function and obvious abnormalities of kidney or genitourinary system before surgery; (3) Use of nephrotoxic drugs within 48 hours after surgery; (4) Postoperative ECMO children (when admitted to ICU).
