Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80 years old; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of sepsis 3.0 (infection + qSOFA >=2 points). Infection indicators: infections with clinical or bacteriological evidence, plus the following 3 or more systemic reactions: (1) Body temperature 36 to 38 degree C; (2) Heart rate>90 beats/min; (3) The number of breaths>20 times/min; (4) Mechanical ventilation or PaCO212,000/mm3 or 2.2 mmol/L, oliguria or rapid mental changes).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Blood diseases; 2) Acute bleeding; 3) Recent chemotherapy; 4) Cardiogenic shock, uremia, pregnancy, etc.
