16 Years to 25 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: For Hirayama disease: 1. Male patients; 2. Aged 14 to 25 years old; 3. Right-handed; 4. The clinical diagnosis of Hirayama disease and Huashan is clear; 5. Voluntarily participate in the study and sign an informed consent. For healthy control: 1. Male; 2. Aged 14-25 years old; 3. Right-handed; 4. Voluntarily participate in the research and sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participate in other clinical research at the same time; 2. Combined with cubital tunnel syndrome, carpal tunnel syndrome and other peripheral nerve compression or injury diseases; 3. Combined with craniocerebral trauma, history of surgical treatment; 4. Combined with other disease in nerve system such as epilepsy, Parkinson; 5. History of chronic diseases such as diabetes, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, etc.; 6. Contraindications in MRI examinations such as claustrophobic syndrome and metal device placement in the body.
