Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for severe alopecia areata: refer to the diagnostic criteria for alopecia areata established by "Clinical Dermatology" and the National Alopecia areata Research Group; 2. Aged 16 to 70 years old; 3. Those who agree to participate in clinical trials and can cooperate with scheduled follow-ups.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffer from organic digestive tract diseases, such as peptic ulcer, digestive tract tumor, inflammatory bowel disease, etc.; 2. People with severe heart, liver, kidney insufficiency, diabetes and other diseases; 3. Suffer from mental illness, including severe hysteria; those who do not have the ability to autonomously; 4. Those who are allergic or intolerant to this product; 5. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or women who plan to become pregnant; 6. Participated in other clinical trials in the last 3 months; 7. Any medical history, according to the researcher's judgment, may interfere with the test results or increase the patient's risk.
