Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Based on the history of radiotherapy, gastrointestinal symptoms, and endoscopic findings, the diagnosis is radiation intestinal injury, and the recurrence or metastasis of primary tumors and intestinal obstruction caused by 1)abdominal adhesions after surgery are excluded. At the same time, the radiation intestinal injury is in the inducing remission phase. Tolerate full enteral nutrition or oral diet; 2) Include patients who voluntarily receive microbiota transplantation and contraindications to sterile colony transplant; 3) Obtain informed consent from patients and their families.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Pregnant or lactating women; 2) Patients with end-stage disease; 3) Cases who are participating in or participating in other clinical trials within 3 months; 4) Past history of intestinal pathogen infection; 5) Those who have taken antibiotics or proton pump inhibitors (PPI) orally in the past 2 weeks and are in an immunosuppressed state.
