Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) diagnosed as one of the four types of the diseases: infection (sepsis of newborn/premature), autoimmune diseases (systemic lupus erythematosus, juvenile arthritis, hematological malignancies); (2) aged 0~18 years; (3) used the specific drugs to treat the diseases; (4) administered the drugs via the specific ways.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. have severe inborn defects; 2. have HIV infection or have HIV-infected mothers; 3. critically-ill and cannot survive through the study period; 4. allergic to the study drugs.
