Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Severe viral pneumonia patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiac dysfunction; 2. pregnancy; 3. active tuberculosis; 4. coagulation dysfunction; 5. metal implant; 6. pneumonia of other pathogens; 7. abscess; 8. local severe edema; 9. previous pulmonary fibrosis; 10. exposure to other pulmonary fibrosis associated risk factors.
