Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lung tumor resection under general anesthesia with double lumen bronchial intubation; 2. ASA I - II patients; 3. Patients aged 18-65 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of difficult intubation or failure of intubation in this study; 2. Patients with a history of opioid or other sedative drug abuse before operation; 3. Patients with liver, kidney or blood system diseases; 4. Patients with high risk of reflux aspiration; 5. Patients with BMI > 25kg / m2 or < 18kg / m2; 6. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease before operation.
