18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: LAA group: 1. The first cerebral infarction occurred and the onset was less than 7 days; 2, The TOAST classification of acute ischemic stroke was LAA; 3. The thickness of carotid soft plaque was more than 2mm. Control group: 1. Subjects with no history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events (no clinical symptoms group); 2. Carotid artery soft plaque thickness> 2mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications to the use of ultrasound contrast agents, such as unstable angina, acute heart failure, and acute endocarditis; 2. Transient ischemic attack; 3. Persons with known ultrasound contrast agent allergy; 4. Recent active bleeding History, or accompanied by malignant tumors, blood diseases, severe liver, lung, and kidney diseases.
