Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rectal adenocarcinoma diagnosed by pathology; 2. Patients whose distance from the tumor to anal margin is less than 6cm; 3. Rectal MRI showed that mt1-2n0 evi (-) CRM (-) patients; 4. The age of the patients was 18-70 years old; 5. Patients with primary tumor diameter less than 5cm; 6. Patients without distant metastasis and patients without multiple colon cancer; 7. Patients who have received neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy or not.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Poor anal function and incontinence before surgery (scored by LARS scale); b. Intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, intestinal bleeding, etc. require emergency surgery; c. Combined with other serious diseases (severe liver and kidney dysfunction, coagulation dysfunction, etc.) cannot tolerate surgery; d. The patient refuses to be treated with storage bags; e. ASA grade is greater than or equal to 4; f. The patient refuses to participate in the trial.
