Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with history of wheezing episodes from 1 month to 6 years old or asthmatic children from 1 month to 14 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. foreign bodies in airway, congenital stenosis of airway, congenital heart disease and other chronic diseases; 2. infectious diseases; 3. Congenital immunodeficiency disease; 4. Other conditions that may not be suitable for this study.
