18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 18-65 years; 2. HBsAg and/or HBVDNA positive exceed 6 months; 3. a history of treatment with entecavir and lacitic >2.2; 4. signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. HCC or AFP>100ng/ml; 2. pregrant or breasting women; 3. co-infection HAV HCV,HDV,HEV,HIV and with other chronic hepatitis; 4. Poor compliance.
