Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The age ranged from 18 to 60, male or female, the patients with fracture nonunion, bone defect, osteonecrosis, bone tumor and so on need fracture tip cleaning or focus clearance, combined with a large number of bone grafting; (2) using iliac bone extraction technology to remove bone; (3) in line with ethical requirements, patients can communicate well with researchers, voluntarily participate in this study, can actively cooperate with medical staff in the research process, and comply with the requirements of the whole study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with heart, lung and renal failure; (2) patients with various hemorrhagic diseases or acute infectious diseases or more serious mental diseases; (3) women in pregnancy; (4) wearing cardiac pacemakers or in the recovery period after heart disease operation; (5) patients with infectious foci in the operation area and adjacent parts; (6) those who are participating in other clinical researches or who are not suitable for taking part in other trials (7) bilateral iliac bone deformity caused by injury or operation; (8) malignant tumor with iliac bone metastasis.
